There is no place like Aspen in the winter, when the snow is deep, the sunshine abundant and the town all dressed up for winter celebrations. Skiing and snowboarding are just the best on the four mountains of Aspen: Aspen Mountain, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk. Skiers and ‘boarders of all ability levels and all ages will find their favorite terrain and slopes on the mountains of Aspen.

Aspen Square is the place to stay, right across the street and just steps from the Aspen Mountain Gondola. WINTERTIME FUN
Skiing and snowboarding are the prime activities here in the winter, but there is more to do as well. Snow mobiles take you over the snow and up to the Maroon Bells, and you can cross country ski up to the Pine Creek Cookhouse for a truly outstanding lunch or dinner. There are dog sled rides, balloon rides in the early morning, and great places to hike and snow shoe. In town, the many world class restaurants offer the very best in culinary delights, or just “hunker down” at one of our fun local taverns. Aspen has it all, all winter long.
